Who processes your data

What data we process

The details you enter in the form: your name, company or club name, email, phone number, the quantity you need, the colours you picked and the content of your message. If you send us a logo or other files, we process those too.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your data only to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and agree the order with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we do business together, we must also keep some data to meet accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for no more than 3 years after our last contact. Data related to a completed order is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. To run the website and email we use these processors: our web host (Netlify), a service that delivers form submissions to our inbox (Web3Forms), and our email provider. Where a processor is based outside the EU, transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. For production we pass only the necessary materials (such as the logo, colours and quantity) to our manufacturers, not your contact details, unless this is necessary and agreed with you.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just email us at info@cechtex.cz. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.

Cookies and site language

This website does not use cookies or any third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served directly from our own site. If you switch the site language manually, we store that choice only in your browser (localStorage) so we can show you the same language next time.
